Previous Transactions


The Previous Transactions page lists all Society work items in the last 12 months by date and work order number. Members can quickly and conveneiently view the opening balance of the account as well as charges, payments, closing, and current balances. Payments to the Breed Society / Association can also be made from this page.


It is also easy to view each individual work order"

               - Simply click on the blue work order text and a new screen will open displaying the work order details.



How to access the Previous Transactions


    1. The Previous Transactions option can be found under the Transactions | Previous Transactions menu item.

               


How to make a Breed Society / Association payment online


    1. If there is both a Pending Balance and Current Account Balance, then select an amount to pay by clicking the relevant option below the balances if shown.


      1. Pay Current Account Balance (any work done through the Breed Society / Association office)
      2. Pay Total Balance (any work done through the Breed Society / Association office plus any pending online work)



    1. Click the "Pay Now"  button to proceed to the payment type.
    2. The Payment Methods box will open up.
    3. Select a method of payment - either a new credit card or a credit card you have already saved.
      1. Enter a credit or debit card and your billing information, for one-time payment in the boxes. This payment information will not be stored for later use unless specifically requested.



Note:  To save this payment information for future use check the box to the left of "Save this Credit Card information for the future."


      1. Or to use an already stored payment method click in the circle to the left of your preferred payment method.



    1. Once your payment method is selected or entered, click the "Pay" button and your transactions will be processed.
